Please check any areas you would be willing and available to help. Invitational and Swingfry are mandatory. They are listed just to let you know what is involved with those events. :) *

Invitational (Mandatory Sign-Up) - Team Leaders: Mikayla Rayburn and need 1 more (The Invitational is one of the largest fundraisers that takes place in February. Planning team will coordinate ticket sales, hosting various schools, food, set up, hospitality, stage crew, and organizing choir parent volunteer shifts.)

Swingfry (Mandatory Sign-Up)- Team Leaders- Needed (Swingfry is another large fundraiser coordinated with the middle school choral department and takes place in November. Planning team will coordinate ticket sales, food, ushers set up, bake sale, stage crew, and organizing choir parent volunteer shifts.)

Costumes- Team Leader: Kim Yaney (Assist with fittings and altering costumes.)

Chaperone/Travel- Team Leader: Tracey Wallace (Chaperoning buses during competition season. Assist with coordinating travel plans.)

Food- Team Leader: Darlene Cross (Coordinating meals for the students during weekend rehearsals and travel.)

Fundraisers- Team Leaders: Needed ( Assist with fundraisers such as the mattress sale and the popcorn sale.)

Spirit Wear/Team Building- Team Leaders: Becka Serikow (Arrange spirit wear for students and families. Coordinate team building activities with directors and students.)

Festivals- Team Leaders: Needed (Coordinate set-up, work schedule, food, and tear down for the summer and fall festival. This may not happen this year.)

Website/Facebook Page- Team Leader: Tracy Wallace (Liaison between the volunteer leaders and the directors in posting information on the website and Facebook.)

Competition Season- Team Leader: Melanie Gibson (Communicate information concerning competition season to parents and students.)

Stage Crew- Team Leaders: Tony Short and Jason Brown (Help with set-up and take down of stage equipment for competitions and other events)

Concerts- Team Leaders: Needed (Coordinate users and volunteers for concerts such as Just the Guys, Joyful Sounds of the Seasons, and the Spring Concert)
