What to Expect -- Data Walk Guidlines

1. Data should be produced by your organization and involve your work with seniors.

2. No more than 2 sets of data

3. Data should be presented in a way that is easy to view and understand (we will provide suggestions on how to make data easy to view for seniors)

4. Size of poster should be no less than 24x30 or 30x24.

5. Provide name and description of organization, logo and an 8.5 x 11 copy of your poster by May 15 at 5:00 p.m. to be included in event Data Book

6. At least one person must man your organization’s data station

7. Provide one YES/NO survey question for feedback from seniors

8. One six foot table and 2 chairs will be provided
