This form must be completed by a parent or guardian for each student participating in the 2021 Legend Titan Marching Band. This form is only part of the registration process. LHS students must also register through the Legend High School registration process

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
A. THIS IS A REMINDER THAT (as with every year) THE LEGEND TITAN MARCHING BAND WILL BE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN MARCHING BAND PRACTICES, PERFORMANCES, and COMPETITION DURING THE 2021 LEGEND/CIMARRON FALL BREAK.

B. ATTENDANCE AT ALL CAMPS, PRACTICES, and PERFORMANCES ARE REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE MARCHING BAND - The commitments include but are not limited to the following dates:

- Sping band camp day - Saturday, April 17th, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Mini-music band camp - May 26th, 27th, 28th 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Summer band camp - July 12 -23rd 8:00- am - 4:30 pm

Additionally, from August thru October students will attend multiple after-school practices during the week, and activities almost every weekend. This also includes practice and competition commitments during the Legend/Cimmaron Fall break.

Students must be able to commit to both A and B above for membership in the 2021 Legend Marching Band. *
