Please use this form to pre-order your pizza. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee that you will receive pizza. Payment is due at the time of pizza pick-up.
If there is more than one person in your family purchasing pizza, please consider filling out a form for each person, have one person pay/pick up tickets then give to each person in your family or indicate details below.
We will have a very limited amount of extra slices available on a first come, first served basis.
Pizza can only be pre-ordered one week at a time.
