The West New York School District is TENTATIVELY REOPENING for in-person instruction utilizing our hybrid model on April 19, 2021!  

As per New Jersey State updates and guidance, all parents/guardians have the option of requesting all remote learning for their child(ren). All parents/guardians MUST INFORM THE SCHOOL DISTRICT of their choice by no later than MARCH 17th by completing this form.

If you have more than one child in this building, please fill out one form for each child.  

If you have children in multiple buildings, please use the appropriate school's form for each child.

PLEASE NOTE: Students, whose parents select fulltime remote learning, will remain virtual for the duration of the 4th Marking Period.  

Please keep in mind, that if we DO NOT receive a response from you, your child(ren) will continue to follow the same virtual learning model that they currently are in.

De acuerdo con las actualizaciones y guías del Estado de New Jersey, todos los padres/guardianes tienen la opción de solicitar aprendizaje virtual para sus hijos. Todos los padres/guardianes DEBEN INFORMAR AL DISTRITO ESCOLAR su opción completando este formulario antes del 17 de Marzo.

Si tiene más de un hijo en esta escuela, por favor complete un formulario individual para cada uno.

Si tiene hijos en varias escuelas, por favor utilice el formulario de la escuela correspondiente para cada niño.

POR FAVOR TENGA EN CUENTA: Los estudiantes, cuyos padres seleccionen el aprendizaje remoto a tiempo completo, permanecerán recibiendo clases virtuales durante el 4to Período del Curso (Marking Period).

Tenga presente que si NO recibimos una respuesta suya, su(s) hijo(s) continuará(n) siguiendo el mismo modelo de aprendizaje virtual en el que se encuentra actualmente.
