Would you like to help in these practical ways? You don't have to commit to every week. You can select dates.

YOUTH ALPHA happens Tuesday evenings 7pm - 8.30pm. Dinner at the start.

SET UP is sorted
3 people to do decor (all decor will be provided) - arrive 6pm
2 people to do registration and COVID-19 safety checks at the entrance - arrive 6.45pm

COOK ASSISTANTS
We need 4 people to help Bev Spaans in preparing the meals every week. We will provide the ingredients - we just need your hands! If you can also stay to help with cleaning that would be fantastic too- but please indicate separately

CATERING
Alternatively - if your family wishes to take the lead on one or two weeks and give Bev a break - please indicate below

CLEANING
an essential service! 5 or more people to help wash and dry dishes!
