Ethics Board Application
The five member Ethics Board is responsible for reviewing
annual financial disclosure forms from City of Kingston officers and employees; reviewing written complaints and conducts inquiries; may conduct hearings, recommend disciplinary action to the appropriate appointing authority, make referrals, and initiate appropriate actions.
By the City of Kingston charter, Ethics Board members must be a resident of Kingston, and no more than two Ethics Board members may be registered in the same political party.
Members serve a five-year term.
