I have emailed simple schematic of the proposed design (can be hand drawn) to info@modelhoa.com. Please note: schematic should include reference structures (e.g., patio, walkways, grass area, pillars, etc.) Photographs of area are encouraged. *
I have read and acknowledged that all plantings are on the approved EMOA planting list? *
I understand an on-site inspection with the Landscaping Committee may be required prior to approval. *
I understand that all costs associated with this project will be my sole responsibility and will not be paid for by the HOA and that any future maintenance (pruning, weeding, etc.) above and beyond the maintenance performed by the HOA landscaper is my sole responsibility. *
I understand that if my request is approved, I will be responsible for watering any plantings off of my unit's hose spigot and that I will continue to water the plantings to ensure survival. *
