Please indicate the dates that your swimmer will NOT be available to swim in the A Meets for the 2021 season.

If you have multiple swimmers in your family, please complete ONE FORM PER SWIMMER.

You may update this Form throughout the season. You will need to complete an entirely new Form to indicate changes to your swimmer's availability. Please make all updates PRIOR to the Wednesday of the week in which your swimmer will not be available. The coaches create the A Meet lineups on Wednesday of each week and will use this Form to create the A Meet lineup for that week.

To be eligible to swim at Divisional Championships on July 24, your swimmer must swim in at least 50% of the A meets for which they qualify. "Qualify" means that they would swim in the meet based on their ranking on the ladder of times. Consequently, swimmers can "qualify" for meets in which they are not "available" to swim.
