CRES Child Placement Survey 2019-2020
Dear Centre Ridge families,

As we start planning for next year, if you would like to share information regarding class placement, please complete this optional survey to share your input regarding your child's learning environment.  We will use this input as we work with staff to finalize class placements over the summer.  Please use this form to make your requests. While we will take all requests into consideration, please know it may not be possible to honor every request.

You must fill out a separate form for each child.  We will be using the information submitted as we work to finalize class placements. Please complete form by June 20, 2019.
