The Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering Department at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute would like to invite the graduating Class of 2023 to a luncheon on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn (Sage Ballroom), Troy, New York.  

We plan to have a continuous slideshow at the event.  If you have any photos/videos from your Rensselaer experience that you would like to share, please them to Rama Hamarneh hamarr@rpi.edu no later than Friday May 12. 

Due to room capacity, only graduates and 2 guests per graduate may be accommodated at this time.  Additional guest requests (including students not graduating in 2023) will be put on a waiting list. 

Please use this form to make reservations.  All reservations must be received by Monday, May 8, 2023.  Please pick up your luncheon tickets from Ms. Gina Moore in the JEC 6049 suite, room 6052, between 2 and 4 p.m. Mon-Fri.  

The dress code is business casual.
