Stand with Central Oregon's Nurses!

St. Charles Bend is hemorrhaging caregivers and it's affecting your health.
Since 2018, nearly 60% of nurses at St. Charles Bend resigned. Last year, the nurses left had to work 150,000 hours of overtime to fill in the gaps and St. Charles is STILL failing to follow local nurse staffing plans or Oregon's nurse staffing law.

Your local frontline nurses are asking St. Charles--the largest corporate employer and health care company in the region--to put local patients and staff first by improving community safety, ensuring safe nurse staffing, providing affordable health care, and offering fair compensation to help us recruit and retain the skilled frontline caregivers our community needs.

Sign and share your patient story or a message of support for local frontline nurses!

Share a story of how a nurse made a difference for you or your family and friends; thank a nurse for their service; add a comment you want your nurses to pass on to St. Charles corporate executives; or just send a short message of support for local nurses as we work to improve health care for everyone in Central Oregon!

Thank you!
