多謝 貴客戶選購Doulton英國道爾頓產品，請閣下於購買日起30天內完成網上登記程序，完成保用後本公司將提供由購買日起計12個月免費保用服務(不包括濾芯) ，請細閱下列的保用細則。
Terms and Conditions (for online registration):
(1) After submission of warranty registration, the company will notify you by email. Before the repair, please provide the customer service with the phone number at the time of registration for verification.
(2) For any defect which in our judgment is caused under normal use, we are responsible for repairing or replacing parts (excluding light tube), free of charge within the guarantee period. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become our property.
(3) Product warranty does not apply to:
(i) gifts; and
(ii) Any filter candles; and
(ii) Natural wear and tear of the product under normal use
(4) The warranty service will be automatically lapsed in the following cases, or the company will charge the materials and repair costs as appropriate:
(i) The product has been modified or repaired by a person not authorized by the company; or
(ii) It has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or vandalism; or
(iii) Environmental factors make the product unusable:
(5) If you need to repair the product, please call customer service at 2796 3210 first.
(6) Product warranty services are only applicable to customers who bring their own products to the Kwai Chung Maintenance Center for processing, excluding on-site repair, inspection or replacement services.
(7) In case there is any inconsistency or conflict discrepancy between the English version and Chinese version of the terms, the English version shall be prevail.
(8) The warranty is only applicable to products sold on the Hong Kong official website, department stores or stores supplied by the company. (subject to purchase receipt)
(9) The warranty is valid only in Hong Kong.
(10) Please keep the purchase receipt for future maintenance.
In case of any dispute, Hong Kong (Doulton) Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

保用細則 ( 網上登記)：
(1) 登記完成後，本公司將以電郵方式通知閣下。維修前，請向客服提供登記時之電話號碼以便核實。
(2) 保用期內，產品如發生故障，經本公司證實在正常使用情況下發生後，本公司將提供免費修理及更換零件。
(3) 產品保用不適用於：
（i）贈送的贈品；及
(ii) 各款濾芯；及
(ii) 產品在正常使用情況下自然的耗損
(4) 如遇以下情況，本保用服務將自動失效，或本公司將按情況酌收材料及修理成本費用：
（i）產品曾由非本公司授權人士進行改裝或修理；或
（ii）曾因錯誤操作、疏忽使用、意外事件或人為而引致產品損壞；或
(iii) 環境因素影響而使產品無法使用
(5) 如需要維修產品，請先致電2796 3210與客服聯絡。
(6) 產品保用服務只適用於客戶自攜產品到葵涌維修中心處理，不包括上門維修、檢查或更換服務。
(7) 中英文版本如有差異，以英文為準。
(8) 保養只適用於在香港官網、百貨公司或由本公司供貨之店鋪所銷售的產品 (以購買單據為準)。
(9) 產品保用只在香港本地有效。
(10) 請妥善保留購買單據，以便日後保養及維修時出示。
如有任何爭議， 香港(道爾頓)有限公司保留最終決議權。
