Electoral Timeline:
- Nominations Open: Sunday, April 16th
- Nominations Close: Friday, April 28th (complete this form by this date)
- Nomination Documents due: Saturday, April 29th (send your documents by this date)
- Elections (Virtual): Sunday, May 7th @ 11 am EDT (end time based on number of candidates)
- New Board Check-In: 30 min or less directly after election on May 7th
- Summer Board Transition Meeting (Halifax): June 8th-11th (arrive Thursday 8th night, full days Friday/Saturday, leave Sunday 11th anytime)

NOTE: Candidates may run for President, VP Finance/Portfolio Director, and Regional Director. President election results will be released prior to VPF/PD elections so candidates for President can stand in that election. Similarly, VPF/PD election results will be released prior to Regional Director elections so candidates for VPF/PD can stand in that election.
