Dear Stakeholder

We would like to invite you to participate in a stakeholder needs assessment survey for the Department of Humanities and Arts, Faculty of Education and Human Sciences, at the University of Namibia.

The University of Namibia is currently engaged in a curriculum transformation exercise. One of the outcomes of the process is a perceived need to develop and offer a Master of Education in Language Education degree (NQF level 9). The purpose of this survey is to find out to what extent this need exists among our stakeholders, and how such a degree programme should look for the Namibian context.

We would appreciate it if you could take the time (about 5-10 minutes) to complete this online questionnaire. After we have analysed the responses, we will embark on designing a programme that aims to address the identified needs. Then we will be in touch with you again, as our partner in education, to request your input on the draft programme (if you provide your e-mail address).

Please rest assured that the data generated by this questionnaire will only be used internally for informing our curriculum development process and for updating our stakeholder database, and will not be shared externally or published in any way.
