PAYMENTS and CANCELLATIONS. Payment is required in full before publication. No refunds or cancellations are issued once payment and application are received. No partial refunds can be made for mid-season cancellations.

It may take up to a week from the date of receipt of all necessary materials (form, and payment) to incorporate the honorarium or in memoriam into our materials. It is your responsibility to submit all these in a timely manner. If they are received later than a week before the concert or event, we may be unable to accept your submission.

RIGHT TO REFUSE. The GMChorale reserves the right to refuse any honorarium or in memoriam for any reason.
