All construction must meet MLA Deed Restrictions as well as all local and state building requirements. A copy of the MLA Deed Restrictions is available online at mirrorlakemi.org. Please complete the form below and it will be routed to the Building Committee for approval. You must attach a copy of your blueprints or a sketch along with a plot plan with your submission. Clearly draw all existing structures, including fences, sheds, etc., and proposed improvements with dimensions. Clearly label all setback dimensions (distance from lot lines to all projects.)
