Thank you for your interest in the pastors cohort. We have a strong desire to create a meaningful group dynamic, where every pastor experiences a deep sense of belonging, being heard, sharing authentically in a safe, nonjudgmental setting, and friendship with other female pastors.

Our discernment team will prayerfully and thoughtfully consider each applicant, with the goal of curating a group dynamic with the best potential to accomplish all of the above.

We want to create a culture where our unity in Christ and in our pastoral calls break down dividing lines of race, gender, socioeconomic status and denominations. Our desire is for every voice to be valued and every person to have a strong sense of belonging. In light of those values, we want to hear from you: As you think about ministry and leadership, share an experience/situation where you felt a sense of belonging. We ask that each participant commit to attending ALL gathering times. Bi-monthly meetings are via Zoom Thursdays 1:00-2:15 PM (PT) on 5/11, 5/25, 6/8, 6/22, 7/13, 7/27, 8/10, 8/24, 9/7, 9/21, 10/5, 10/19. Opening/Closing retreats are in person (Bay Area, CA) from 12-4 PM on 4/27 and 10/26. *
