High School All-State Round 3 Chaperone/Volunteering Nov 17,2022

All-State Round 3 will be held at Legacy High School in Mansfield on November 17th.

Chaperone A & B overview:

Chaperone/Volunteer A:
Room monitor (sits outside the door)
Audio monitor (runs the iPod inside the audition room)
Runner (walks around collecting paperwork)
Someone that walks students from the holding area to the audition room.
Must be present the entire time
Must check in to hosting school by 7am to receive assignment

Chaperone/Volunteer B:
Checking attendance to and from audition site
Roll call on the bus
Cell Phone checklist & picking up cell phones
Active monitoring students behavior in holding rooms
Checking students out if they get picked up from the audition site.
Active communication with parents
If you can only do part of the time, put those details on notes/comments.


* These duties will be distributed out as we get volunteers. You will most likely have 1-2 responsibilities. You all will know exactly what to expect, we will be organized, and you will have Lily Tredemeyer along with other VM Guild board members to help guide you through this process.
