I understand that transfers are governed by Board Policy FDA (Local) and are evaluated based on the following criteria:
program availability, discipline history, academic performance, and attendance. A transfer is granted for one school year only. I have read and understand the District policy on out of district transfers, and I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in this policy. I understand that transportation to the requested school is my responsibility. I further understand that falsification of information is a Class A Misdemeanor and can lead to legal action. Notification of approval or denial may not be sent prior to the first day of school. It is recommended that interdistrict transfer applicants enroll in their zoned district. Applicants may not enroll in Aubrey ISD prior to notification of transfer approval.  (Typing your name will be considered your signature.)

All students zoned to WES will be required to attend WES unless they are a 5th grader that requests to remain at their current (2023-2024) campus by completing this FORM.
