The purpose of the processing of personal data is to collect an attendance register for reporting purposes. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6.1.e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("performance of a task carried out in the public interest") / 6.1.c) of the Regulation ("compliance with a legal obligation"). You may object to the above processing at any time by writing to the Data Protection Officer appointed by the University at the address below. The University will refrain from further processing your personal data unless there are compelling reasons to do so.
The personal data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the University who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing, using procedures, including computerised procedures, adopting technical and organisational measures to protect them from unauthorised or unlawful access, from destruction, from loss of integrity and confidentiality, including accidental loss. Personal data may also be processed by subjects who perform activities in outsourcing on behalf of the University in their capacity as Data Processors (such as, for example, Zoom).
As owners of the data, you have the right to obtain access to, rectify, supplement, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. The request may be made by contacting the University Data Protection Officer (dpo@unive.it). Data subjects who believe that their personal data is being processed in breach of the provisions of the Regulation also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or to take legal action.
