HYO Summer Fest 2021 will be held from Thursday, July 15th and Friday, July 16th via Zoom at no cost to any student. Run by the Harmonic Youth Orchestra (HYO), a nonprofit organization aimed to increase the accessibility of music, the two-day festival will include webinars with guest speakers such as film and video game composer Grant Kirkhope, NYU faculty including bassoonist Gina Cuffari and Woodwind Specialist Kaitlyn Walker, cellist Jennifer Kloetzel, violinist Ertan Torgul, and violist Jonathan Moerschel. We will also have numerous college musicians performing via live stream!
