Bay Chamber Re-enrollment Form
For Returning Students Only. A nonrefundable $50 fee is required for re-enrollment. It covers all applicants in a family for the three semesters (summer, fall, and spring). This fee must be paid prior to submitting a scholarship application. For all other re-enrollees the fee will be included in the invoice for your tuition.
