Welcome to L'Etoile du Nord Parent Teacher Organization, we are so happy to have you here! Volunteer commitments vary in duties and time requirements but are a great way to get involved with the school community.  Please take a look at the committees and opportunities available, select those you are interested in and a board member will reach out to connect through email. The L'Etoile du Nord PTO does many things, including fully funding and supporting the intern program, which brings French-speaking interns to LNFI for one-year internships. The intern program is the PTO’s largest budget item and has a big impact on students – classroom interns reduce the staff-to-student ratio and introduce students to worldviews and another native French speaker. The PTO also provides money for a principal fund, teacher/staff-led grants, and many community and fundraising events.
