2024 LAT Conference Vendor Application
The LAT annual conference for 2024 will be Saturday, November 16th through Monday, November 18th at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN.  

Our theme is "Live, Laugh, and Love Literacy: Bringing Joy and Laughter to Literacy Learning" with a retro vibe.

Interested in participating as a vendor at the conference? Complete the interest form below and submit by April 15, 2024. 

An event coordinator will follow up with you individually to confirm your attendance and communicate the vendor payment process. Vendors expressing an interest after all slots are filled will be placed on a waiting list.

All tables are six feet and will include a covering and two chairs. Set up will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Vendors will receive a complimentary lunch on Sunday, November 17th and snacks throughout the conference. A vendor host will be available to you as well to support your needs.

Would you be willing to donate a door prize for our Door Prize Disco mocktail hour scheduled for Saturday, November 16th? Donors will identified by the event emcee, comedian DJ Pryor throughout the event. If yes, please check yes below. Donations will be collected by the vendor host during your set up time.

Winners will be announced on Monday, November 18th with a special thank you to donors at this time. Silent auction items will be collected by the vendor host at the time of booth set up.
