In the culinary apprenticeship, you will learn new cooking skills and get a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary world. Learn from Chef Zee Vassos and other locals in the culinary industry! The apprenticeship will be based at No. 10 in Great Barrington, but we may travel to different restaurants and other culinary businesses to learn about different cuisines and different parts of the culinary industry.
No prior experience required
We can provide transportation for those located in South Berkshire County.

For youth 14 - 25
In-person
6 Sessions
Mondays, 3 - 5pm, April 1st - May 13th (not meeting April 15th)
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Culinary Dinner on Saturday, May 18th.
