This form is for attendees to provide feedback to the Leadership Pillar! All of these forms will be taken seriously and will help the Leadership Pillar improve to host better events for the future! Submissions of Feedback forms will be counted for  0.5 Leadership points (This can be lowered based on the quality of the response, at the discretion of the Director & Vice President).
