We Are GUTSY, Inc a Not for Profit (501 (C ) (3) Organization of volunteers is  seeking candidates to facilitate our efforts.  The ideal candidates should:

• Demonstrate a commitment to working in an environment devoted to collaboration, civic responsibility, and respect for all people

• Possess excellent time management skills and attention to detail

• Must be organized and self-motivated

• Be receptive to multiple viewpoints and feedback with a focus on reflective practice and innovation

• Have a deep understanding about cultural sensitivity and awareness

• Possess empathy, curiosity, and the desire to continually grow as a learner and teammate

• Have effective virtual facilitation skills, including high energy and effective use of a variety of engagement strategies.

• Be proficient in instructional and facilitation decision making

• Must possess a learning philosophy consistent with the mission and vision of We Are GUTSY, Inc.
