Neck Of the Woods enrollment and payment policy:

Monday through Friday 7:30-3:00 with an aftercare option from 3:00-5:00.

-You will enroll monthly and be billed monthly. Therefore obligated month to month.

-If your child misses time due to any illness affecting them or your family you will still be obligated to pay. If you choose to not send your child for any reason you will still be obligated to pay.

- If NOW closes due to inclement weather no refunds will be given.

-If NOW is required to close based on Health Department or Government guidance you will be obligated to pay for the remainder of the month we are currently in. No refunds will be given.

-Invoices will be sent 14 calendar days prior to the 1st day of enrollment. Full payment for the month will be due 7 calendar days before the first of the month. If payment is not received in this time frame YOUR SLOT WILL BE FILLED BY ANOTHER CHILD. Example below.

Starting date of October 8th
Invoices will be emailed on September 24th
Payment Due September 31st.

- You will be charged for the schedule that you sign your child up for and will continue to be charged for this schedule if your child does not return to NOW and you have not informed the Director of this change. Changes in schedule that are discussed with the Director will be made two weeks after being confirmed so that we have time to fill those slots with new students. Families will be charged for their regular schedules on days of unplanned closings (i.e. inclement weather).

- All families are required to pay an annual $25 enrollment fee that will be reflected in the first invoice sent to families upon enrolling. This allows us to cover frequently purchased supplies.

- The NOW program accepts subsidized funding for qualified families. If you need information regarding subsidy please contact the Family Center of Washington County (802) 262-3292. All paperwork must be handed in prior to your child's first day of attendance.

-Invoices are sent though email and the best method of payment is online. We use QuickBooks for our accounting system which accepts credit/debit or ACH
