2021 CCC Athletics Next-In-Line                               (Additional Events)
This online form is for the PARENTS of athletes who, at the Diocesan Secondary Athletics Carnival (12th August at Coffs Harbour), finished 3rd in the 100m or 200m, or 2nd in any other event who wish to be considered for that event to represent the Lismore Diocese at CCC Athletics on Friday 3rd September at Homebush if:

a. A competitor/s who finished ahead of your son/daughter decides to withdraw from that event;
OR
b. Your son/daughter's time, distance or height at Diocesan Athletics 2021 was very close to the competitor who did qualify AND warrants application to be an additional entry at the CCC Carnival. BEFORE MAKING THIS APPLICATION PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUTCOME/S WILL NOT BE ADVISED BY THE CCC CONVENER UNTIL shortly before this event. Earlier notification will only be advised should a withdrawal occur in the event for which application has been made.

This form is for INDIVIDUAL events only, NOT relay applications.

If this online application is not submitted by the strict closing date of Tuesday 17 August, NO consideration will be given.

IMPORTANT: Times and distances entered below must only be from the Lismore Diocesan Carnival at Coffs Harbour 12th August 2021 (NO OTHER TIMES OR DISTANCES WILL BE CONSIDERED). All times and distances submitted will be checked.

FOR ALL APPLICATIONS BELOW, PLEASE REFER to THIS WEBSITE FOR OFFICIAL DIOCESAN RESULTS  sport.lism.catholic.edu.au then drop down from Secondary Sport to Athletics. Then click on results as directed there.

YOU MUST HAVE THE CORRECT EVENT NUMBER TO BE CONSIDERED. This can be found on the CSNSW-Sport website at:

Once you have made the application/s you wish to make scroll down to PARENT CONFIRMATION then press Submit.

Please consider the cost and distance involved re travel and accommodation to the CCC event before making application.
