Hello future entrepreneurs! We are excited for your interest in this FREE VIRTUAL CERTIFICATE course offered by UC San Diego Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) which focuses on two key areas 1) Entrepreneurship and 2) Digital Marketing. Through this course you will learn:
-- financial literacy
-- leadership
-- problem solving
-- ways to earn money to pay for college tuition or other extracurricular activities
-- digital marketing strategies including social media advertising campaigns
-- key business principles
-- how to launch your own business

This course is open to all 9th - 12th grade students in San Diego County. Admitted students will have a range of backgrounds from no experience to small business owners and current digital marketers. This course can be a step up to learn the skills you need to start your business or take it to the next level. Our summer business camp is a personalized program for 30 of you who want to learn, grow, and succeed in these areas.

COMPLETION OF THE COURSE RESULTS IN A META DIGITAL MARKETING CERTIFICATE THAT YOU CAN INCLUDE IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO, LINKEDIN, OR OTHER OUTLET.

The details of the course are the following:
-- Class dates: August 1st-12th, Mon - Thurs, 6 - 7pm (No classes on Fridays)
-- 1 hour of personalized instruction each day
-- In-person workshop in San Diego (Date TBD - see proposed dates later in the application)
