Thanks for your order for an astrological consultation. Before I can proceed in the reading of your chart, I will need you to complete the following questionnaire and read and sign the attached disclaimer. Please rest assured that your personal information is to be used for the sole purpose of your astrological consultation and will not be shared with anyone else without your express permission.

I prefer to use Skype or GoToWebinar in my readings because this allows me to share my screen and show you the charts during the reading. Consultations can also be done by phone. Either way, I will record the session on MP3 and send it to you via a large file-sharing program called Dropbox if you do not want to be live. I do prefer sessions to be live unless it's impossible.
