Distance Learning with Hub interest form
A hub is a small group of distance learning students that come to school for peer interaction. This may look like a social time with peers as well as providing learning support. We know students need to be around their classmates.  Students will be assigned to their group, usually with their grade level peers, and will be invited to school one to two afternoons a week for an hour to and hour and a half each session. Students will be assigned to one hub only to meet health and safety guidelines for cohorts found here (https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/COVID-19/small-groups-child-youth.aspx).

IF YOUR CHILD IS IN A HUB ALREADY, PLEASE MARK NO ON THE FIRST QUESTION.

If you are interested in your child attending, please fill out this interest form. Once we have all student requests from this survey, we will be able to schedule accordingly. Note, hubs are not guaranteed, they will be assigned according to available staffing and space.

We understand that family needs are constantly changing during this time. Therefore, this survey will be sent again in October in case your situation changes.
