Payment Plan Application Form
This is a payment plan request form for JFC Munene College of Health Sciences (2022 academic year):1st May 2022 to 30th August 2022. This form is used to apply for an extension of payment for May-August Semester

Submitting this form does NOT guarantee that your payment plan is Approved.

To opt into the instalment payment plan:

Step One: Clear any pending past term fee balances (Students with any past balances are not eligible for the instalment payment plan)

Step Two: Fill out this form

This payment plan will see the school fees broken down as follows:

1st instalment - Before Move-in/Opening date at least 50% of the terms school fees
2nd instalment - Before 30th May 2022 at least 30% of the terms school fees
3rd instalment - Before  30th June 2022 the final 20% of the terms school fees

Step Three: It will take at least 2-3 days for the Parent Fees Support Team to consider your application before an extension is confirmed or declined. Once a decision has been arrived at, the Parent Fee support Team will communicate with you the decision using the email used to apply
