This is a voting form for the Primary Wool Co-Operative AGM. If you can’t make our online AGM or will be joining by telephone, and wish to vote on the resolutions, you can do so by returning the proxy form that came with the original AGM information or by completing and submitting this voting form.

Voting forms can be returned early but will only be counted if received up to 2 pm on Thursday 2 April, 2020.

Even if you’re going to join the meeting on the day, to improve meeting flow and still cover AGM-specific matters you’d like to discuss, please use the space at the bottom of this form to submit questions you’d like covered under “General Business”. This will be easier than trying to gather them during the meeting.
