You must fill out a separate form for each child you wish to register. You can pay fees once after registering all siblings and share a single receipt.
Your registration is completed and confirmed after the proof of fee payment is received at mcna.ajax@icnasisters.ca. The fee will be non-refundable once the semester begins.
