Time Duration: 4 months

GUIDELINES and RULES:
1) This Internship will be for a duration of 4 months from the time you register and receive the details.
2) This Internship is for marketing and promoting our MUN conference in order to get delegates and participants for UMUN. You will be representing our Organization to further improve reach and growth of Universal MUN. You will be seen as an official ambassador and representative of Universal Model United Nations.
3) Individuals registering for this internship must put in the required minimum amount of time of 45 minutes to 1 hour everyday. This time duration may be altered by the discretion of the Core Team based on your other social and/or academic commitments.
4) Your benefits and credits in this internship will be based on your level of progress and efforts to bring delegates at Universal MUN. Hence, they will be received as per the delegate count in order to prevent individuals from simply joining the internship program and not doing anything. (Review the benefits below)
5) All individuals partaking in UMUN's Internship Program must be respectful and professional to everyone for the entire duration of the internship.
6) All interns in the program must provide frequent updates on work progress to the Head of the department.
Your position in the internship program at Universal MUN can be terminated under the conditions of in-disciplinary behavior such as, but not limited to, the following (Further investigative and governmental/legal actions in compliance and permissible under the law may also be taken):
a. Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions;
b. Sharing and/or spreading of any false and concocted information that harms individuals in the team or the entire organization in any way;
c. Disclosure, Sharing, spreading, publishing, posting or distributing of any confidential and classified data (inclusive of zoom details), material or intellectual property from the organization to anyone not registered at UMUN;
d. Sharing, spreading, publishing, posting or distributing of unlawful content, inappropriate material or information;
e. Breaching of ‘Copyright’ rules and regulations of any information and data;
f. Any abuse and/or misuse of services, information, data; or
g. Abuse, defame, stalk, harass, threaten or otherwise violate any legal rights (such as the rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
7) You will be required to join the mandatory meetings for the Internship Program unless informed 24 hours prior to an official in UMUN.
8) We will be following a 3 strike rule. Individuals receiving 3 strikes may be subjected to suspension or termination of their perks and benefits along with their position in the Internship Program. An individual may get a strike if they are (not limited to):
a. Disrespectful to anyone in Universal MUN, or any individual affiliated with our Organization in any way,
b. Failure to meet deadlines and tasks,
c. Failure to attend meetings without informing,
d. Inactivity.
e. Failure to comply with any of the rules, guidelines and/or terms and conditions.
9) ALL Perks and benefits will only be given after the 4 months internship is complete.
10) All interns must give their best efforts, put in hard work and be dilligent!

▪︎ 4-6 Paid delegates: Certificate of Participation + Certificate of Appreciation + ₹30 per delegate

▪︎ 7-9 Paid delegates: Certificate of Participation + Certificate of Appreciation + Letter of Appreciation + ₹40 per delegate

▪︎ 10-15 Paid delegates: Certificate of Participation + Certificate of Appreciation + Letter of Appreciation + Certificate of Excellence + ₹40 per delegate

▪︎ 15+ Paid delegates: Aforementioned perks + Letter of Recommendation + ₹50 Per delegate
