Thank you for letting us know that you would like to attend the AGM in person, the following questions will help us to determine catering requirements for the day.  We plan to offer sandwiches/wraps, crisps, fruit and drinks on the day, but need to know if you want any food, or if you have any dietary requirements.  If you want a salad rather than a sandwich please state in the dietary request box.
