Appreciative and supportive communities and families help employee retention, boost job satisfaction, and contribute to positive and healthy school cultures - all of which indirectly benefits our students. We invite our families and community members to recognize anyone who works in the WLCSC. We hope you will join us in showing appreciation for those in our schools whose difference making reaches you on personal level!
- Send appreciation with your name or anonymously.
- Of course, the monthly difference maker program does not replace a kind word or a personalized communication; we just wanted to provide our supportive community another opportunity to connect.
- All appreciation messages should be submitted by the 15th of the month. Those submitted after the 15th or the nearest school day before the 15th will go out the next month.
- Appreciation messages will be printed out and delivered to the building or department where the person works
- Send a message with your name or anonymously.
- Just for fun, all names submitted for appreciation, recognition, and thanks will be entered into a drawing to win one of five $5 gift cards each month.
- We are planning to announce the gift card winners. We are not planning to announce all the names recognized or those who send recognition. This is simply to keep the focus on the appreciation we have for one another. Those who are recognized are, of course, welcome to share the recognition, keep it private, and/or pay it forward.
