The purpose of this form is to request KCD's wildfire mitigation services, including a wildfire risk assessment, and provide our staff with the basic information they need to provide you with the best possible service to meet your needs.

*All personal and contact information you provide will remain confidential and will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties. King Conservation District is a non-regulatory, non-enforcement, special-purpose district that is locally governed by an all-volunteer board of 5 supervisors. Please note, that if you live within the city of Woodinville, Carnation, Sammamish, Issaquah, North Bend or in the nearby surrounding areas of these cities your initial request for wildfire assistance may be referred to Eastside Fire & Rescue's Wildfire Safe Eastside Home Assessment Program.

This Eastside Fire & Rescue program is the primary service provider for home risk assessments and community wildfire support for residents living within Eastside Fire and Rescue's service area. If you live within their service area, outside the City of Mercer Island, you should submit any initial request for assistance not involving KCD wildfire mitigation cost-share to Eastside Fire & Rescue here: https://tinyurl.com/252dsyyk
