This form is for new students only. Existing students do NOT need to fill out a new application each year. Existing students fill out the Recommitment Form to re-enroll for 2023-24.

North Shore Community School is a tuition-free public charter school.
North Shore Community School adheres to Minnesota state law regarding enrollment practices. These practices include:
  • NSCS will enroll all students who submit an application on or before the first day of March unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a class, grade level, or building.
  • In the event that applications exceed capacity, a lottery may be conducted on the second Tuesday of March.
  • Students are enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis after the lottery until grade levels are full.
