In observance of National Procurement Month, the School District Purchasing Department will be issuing an "RFP" (Request For Posters). This RFP will provide an opportunity to educate staff, students, and families as to the function and responsibilities of public procurement, and demonstrate our standard RFP process in an (artful) way.
The awarded poster will be used as the cover of the School District's new 'Purchasing Manual', which is currently in development. Art received in response to this RFP will not be sold, but may also be used in other School District publications.
Students who are interested in participating, by submitting Art for a poster, or acting on the RFP evaluation committee, may use this form to communicate their intent to participate; this invitation is open to all FNSBSD Students. We expect to issue the "formal solicitation" including the complete specification information for the RFP no later than April 14, 2023.
