📍 You will not have to pay anything until you are selected as a participant. We will send you an email to confirm your status and give you the details to pay.

📅You will have untill May 8th to send us your answer but we highly recommend to send it in advance.

The refund of the participation fee will be subject to conditions which take into consideration the circumstances when asking for the refund.

💸💸We will offer a full refund under the following circumstances: Le ofreceremos un reembolso completo en las siguientes circunstancias:
a) If you have been selected and, due to COVID-19 restrictions, you are not allowed to come to Spain. /Si has sido seleccionado y, debido a las restricciones de COVID-19, no se te permite venir a España.
b) An emergency situation, which must be justified with the appropriate documentation. /Una situación de emergencia, que deberá justificarse con la documentación oportuna.
🚫You will not be refunded if: No se te devolverá el dinero si:
a) You decide, once after paying, not to come to the conference. / Decides, una vez realizado el pago, no venir a la conferencia.
b) You are expelled during the conference for inappropriate behaviour./ Eres expulsado durante la conferencia por comportamiento inapropiado.
