Property Re-Assessment Schedule
If you wish to exit before completing the form, please scroll to the bottom and click "submit".  You will then be sent a copy of your responses to date and a link which will enable you to edit the form or finish completing the form.

Please complete a self - assessment of your property using this Schedule.  Both you and the Assessment Consultant will receive a copy of your completed Schedule to go through with you when they visit.

The Assessment Schedule sets out the minimum standards required to belong to be a Quality Assured Member of the Association and you are required to meet all these standards except those that are not applicable (e.g. swimming pool safety if no swimming pool exists).  Some of the items included are indicated as Highly Recommended meaning the Association believes you should include / comply by these items.

Your reassessment will either happen by Zoom meeting or by a Consultant visiting at a time suitable to you. Present your property to the Consultant as you would for a prospective guest.  Consultants are experienced hosts who can offer advice if asked.   Please note that if the Consultant is required to revisit you to confirm an item that needed addressing that may be an additional charge to cover this cost.

And remember to please contact us if you have any concerns, queries or issues with any part of the reassessment process - secretary@bandbassociation.co.nz.

For up to 5 guests, smoke alarms must be situationed in or closely adjacent to each guest bedroom and in other strategic places.

Where a monitored fire detection system is in place but there are no detectors or audible alarms in the bedrooms, additional smoke detectors must be installed in those rooms.
