Fee payment: Payment for the courses must be made by the applicant as per the payment options provide  above. Refund Policy: Requests for refunds for the fee paid must be received no later than two days before the start date of the class and a $100.00 administrative fee will be deducted. No refund is provided after the class is started. Certificate of Completion: Targeted Technology Institute provides certificate of completion with hours of professional development for each course participants completed. Participants earn 8 contact hours per week of for the online courses.
