John Jay Campus Health Concerns
This form requests information to advise your PSC representatives of Health Concerns on campus.

Now that many more classes meet on campus, there may be new patterns of usage and new concerns.  Please list them below.
 
We are curious about the experiences you may have had with testing and access.

Please identify locations and aspects of workplace concerns in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; you may also refer to health concerns which you had prior to March, 2020.  One pattern we noticed was a tendency to ask for windows to be opened where the ventilation system is in operation.
