In contrast, people in power and authority treat us like servants, earn for their sake and spend for their own benefits!
For many years, you have seen our country, our cities, and our localities deteriorating. You want them to improve and to weed out corrupt, ill-mannered and incompetent people from positions of power and influence. The offices that they hold are supposed to provide you well being and equal opportunities. Isn’t this what you aspire for when you bring them to power?
All that you have been doing is to select a candidate from a list of incapable persons and hope for good things to happen in the near future. These representatives of yours are not seen thereafter, they disappear into the same unmethodical and uncoordinated system. There is no accountability for what they do. Frustrated or with no other option you will continue this cycle of selection -hope – frustration- again and again till your last breath.
At present, that's the maximum you can participate in this democratic country. However, merely voting is not democracy.
Now, think of a country where you can suggest a person from amongst yourselves to represent you. He can be your neighbour, a nearby industrialist, a social worker or even you. Who is accessible and accountable. You would know his qualifications and capabilities. He would be accessible whenever you need him. He would perform exactly the same jobs that he is meant to do. He shall create a team amongst yourselves to overlook various welfare programmes.
How doest that sound? This is not day-dreaming, it can be true if you participate with a common cause of bringing welfare to the country, state, city and your locality.
People’s Participation Movement is a digital movement that will provide you with the platform and resources to make this dream come true.
How it will work:
1. There would be no hierarchy and no boss or leader. The entire platform will be AI and system driven.
2. Everyone will be provided with equal opportunities to participate.
3. List down all welfare programmes you want to carry out in your locality, city and state.
4. Form a team in accord and agreement with people of your locality.
5. Choose and suggest your representatives.
6. Let the people of your locality participate in approval.
7. Check the representatives of other localities in your constituency.
8. Meet them and have a minimum agenda programme for your constituency.
9. This will be the MANIFESTO prepared by the people.
10. Choose only those representatives for contesting elections who would follow this MANIFESTO.

12. Monitor their performance on this platform.
13. The system will guide them with an execution plan.
14. Check the current status and progress being made on every point of MANIFESTO.
15. They and all other representatives would be accessible to hear you out.
16. Check all the accounts of money they receive for welfare schemes and how they spend.
17. Participate and volunteer to execute the welfare schemes through your representatives.
18. Do not believe in words and fake news, but instead continuously monitor and rate/update the work in progress on each point of MANIFESTO.
19. This will create the report card of the elected candidate.
20. Reelect him, if he successfully delivers the MANIFESTO and lives up to your expectation.
