北醫實驗動物中心使用說明會線上測驗 TMU LAC Online Test for Attendance Certificate

1.填寫基本資料，並觀看使用說明會之影片。
2.完成線上測驗，且成績高於85分。
3.分數將以e-mail通知使用者，若通過請與中心聯繫，進行現場考核。
4.待通過後，將以E-mail頒發出席證書。
1. Please complete the basic information and watch the online video.
2.Complete the Online Test, with a pass score of 85 %.
3.After passing the Online Test(test score will be email to you), contact Ms. Tang (#7154) or the International Student at LAC (During the office hours - Wed and Thur. 9 AM – 12 PM) to take the on-site assessment.
4.The LAC Attendance Certificate will be email to you, if you passed the Online Test.
