This is the Weekly MANTIS "Music Request" form! Please enter your requests in "Artist - Song" format for easier lookup!
Here are some basic rules and FAQs:

+ Your house DJs are *The Barbary Ghost* and *alienhorror*

+ **THE DJS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PLAY OR SKIP ANY REQUESTS ENTERED IN THE FORM OR NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS, WITHOUT EXPLANATION.**

+ **ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMATIC BANDS/SONGS** - this includes bands such as Combichrist, Icon of Coil, Prayers, and Marilyn Manson. This list is by no means exhaustive and as we gain new information going forward, more bands/songs can fall under this description.

+ Songs will be played in the order they best fit within the DJs' sets - the DJs work to cultivate music that gets little to no airtime in most other settings (so no Top 40 or heavily played songs) *and* fits the general theme of the event. Please keep this in mind when requesting songs as it is most likely to be played if it fits well with what they are already playing.

+ **Please be considerate of the DJs and patrons and keep the number of your requests to 3 or fewer per person, per night.**
We want to make sure we are playing a varied set that doesn't lean heavily on one person's suggestions or cause stark song transitions.

+ **PLEASE TIP YOUR DJS, ESPECIALLY IF THEY PLAY YOUR REQUEST!** They accept Cash, Paypal (paypal.me/alienhorror) (paypal.me/pfiefferj), Venmo (venmo.com/djfact50), and Google Pay (search for "Mantis SF").
