This is NOT a registration form - IT IS A WAITLIST ONLY - You will only be contacted if a spot opens up.

Considerable effort is made to ensure teams are evenly matched as part of our planning process. If your team is selected to take part in one of our tournaments, we will extend you a formal invitation to register. If we find your team is not a suitable match for any of the tournaments we are hosting, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

The completed registration form and payment will be due within one week to secure your spot.

*NOTE: All tournament dates and divisions are tentative until sanctioned by Alberta Hockey.
